At Big Bear LLC, we stand behind our workmanship with a 90-day guarantee following installation. Our painted sheet metal units come with a 20-year warranty against issues like peeling, cracking, or flaking, provided they receive regular care, including biannual cleaning. Please note that any alterations made by anyone other than our approved subcontractors will void all warranties. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by inclement, and buildings with a regular or boxed eave roof longer than 31 feet are not under the 20-year warranty. By opting out a vertical roof for any building longer than 31 feet, the owner acknowledges that the building will not be eligible for the 20-year warranty. Instead, it will only come with a 30-day workmanship warranty, with all other warranties specifically waived.

 Any building that is 31 feet or longer without a vertical roof will only carry a 30-day workmanship warranty, and no additional warranties will be provided. Furthermore, the WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY for these buildings is explicitly waived.
